Is there a risk
I'll miss the ship if I don't book through the cruise line ?
Simply , NO ! Although cruise lines would like you to
believe that private tours carry this risk , we are well
ware of your ship's departure time and our tours are
designed to get you back to the ship early enough before
departure time .
As a Guarantee , in the event you were to miss the ship due
to any delay from our side , we guarantee that we will cover
the full cost of your meals, hotel, and transportation to
the next port of call .
How do I book
a Tour , do I need to pay a deposit ?
By filling out our reservation form , there is no deposit
required to book your tour and payment is due after arrival.
How do I
receive my booking confirmation ?
48 Hours after reserving your tour , we will e-mail your
confirmation number and all necessary instructions on how
and when to meet up with your guide .
How close
to the tour departure can I make a reservation ?
At least Four days in advance to ensure that all
arrangements are confirmed, finalized, and communicated.
What is
your cancellation policy ?
You can cancel your pre booked tour up to 2 days in advance
. If you would like to cancel a tour, simply e-mail us or
give us a call during our business hours, and we will be
happy to assist you.
How Safe is it
to travel in small groups ?
Safety is provided to our tours by the Egyptian Police
Authorities , there is a security person accompanying each
bus and all the fleet follow the same the Convoy along the
way
Do I need a
Visa to visit Egypt ?
There is no need to apply for visa before arrival , before
you reach your port of Call in Egypt , your ship will
provide visas for transient passengers who are staying for
less than 72 hours .
How will I
identify your Guide upon arrival to Port ?
Our Representative will be at the port holding a sign board
with a Pick Up Name ( you will need to assign this name
while filling our reservation form )
Am I
expected to tip the Guide/Driver ?
Extending a gratuity to your guide or driver is never an
obligatory issue . A commonly accepted guideline is USD
$5.00 per person for a full-day tour.
Will my
Children get any discount ?
Yes , Toddlers aged 3 and younger are free of charge and
children aged 3-11.99 Years enjoy 50% Off . |
